The Losers always want the system changed so they could have been winners, that's human nature.
What we really need is to remove campaign contributions from non citizens and contributions over $500.00 abolished.
We don't need months and months of mud slinging ads to vote on a candidate.
We don't really need any ads at all. Just a debate and a vote. Simple. We also don't need people that want to make a fortune getting into politics either.

Are you now admitting that you are a loser or are you suddenly ok with changing the system the way you think it should be?

Of course the irony is lost on you. Maybe you should post some more memes, they reflect your intelligence level pretty well anyway.

You do realize the Democratic party and a Democracy are not the same thing right? The Republican party is just as much a part of our democracy as any other party. Maybe they (republicans) should go back to the Grand Old Party title.

And now you turn deliberately obtuse. I spoke of democracy as a principle of governance. It's perfectly obvious that Trump as President is the result of unintended consequences of the EC system as currently practiced. If it worked the way the Founders had intended he would have been denied.

It's not about winning but rather about principles & legitimacy. If we believe in the one person one vote principle then the EC is grossly unfair in that respect. Any President who fails to obtain a plurality of votes will not be seen as legitimate by the majority of Americans, either, and that's not good for us, for America, particularly when a radical agenda is part of it.

It's obvious to others that Trump is exactly what America needed to cleanse the palette of years of people using politics to pad their own bank account and not to work for the country.
So, I have to disagree with your supposition.

So, when has that been different in human history? Outside of the GOP platfrom of today. The ACA repeal attempts are totally, clearly, fuck you in your face greed and offerings to their 400.

What exactly do you call Melania staying at Trump Tower and Trump going to Mar de Lago constantly?

In America it is more like one large deposit to the right candidate to ensure a vote on something that benefits the person making the deposit.

That was a bit of a word salad but you get the drift.

Lol! You do realize that there is only one presidential candidate in history that has claimed he could make money running for president. You do realize that there is only one president in modern history that has refused to share his tax returns with the public. I'm sure you also realize that there is only one president in modern history that hasn't removed himself from any potential economic conflicts of interest. And I know you are well aware that there is only one president that is billing the government millions of dollars so that he may use his properties to conduct business despite the fact that they aren't equipped to handle such security issues.

We haven't even gotten to the fact that we have a president that might be financial beholden to a foreign adversary.

So I have to laugh at your ridiculous claim.

And I have to laugh at yours. Every president in modern history came out of the office wealthier than he went into it.

Just like the Obama's at Martha's Vineyard. Or the Clinton's at Martha's Vineyard. Or any president at their selected place of business away from the White House. It didn't start with Trump, you know.

LOL I would have had to run to be either a winner or a loser of the election, wouldn't I? 🙂

Except they don't own Martha's Vineyard. He is putting money in his own pocket. Or whas that not plain enough for you?

That would have been when the Democrat Al Gore lost the same way to Bush. She was a democrat that was endorsing Gore and her horse lost the race.
It was the democrats that were the losers, pal. 🙂 My guy won.

Oh so it's not someone that lost or won as you said but now it's someone that belongs to the party that lost?

I'm enjoying the mental gymnastics you've got on display trying cover yourself.

You trump supporters are really the dumbest fucking people I've ever met!

Congrats on your win! Lol

Obama's house at Martha's Vineyard:

Clinton's home in Chappaqua, next door to Martha's Vineyard:

They don't own property there...lol gullible much?

I am not a Trump supporter, btw, so there's that.
Gore was the one that started the whole repeal the EC in 2000, Hillary jumped on board because she was a democrat, don't you understand how it works yet?
NM, don't answer, you are clueless.

Desperate diversion having nothing to do with the EC.

Uh the 2000 election wasn't decided until December you uninformed cuck. She came out for changing the EC before the election was decided.

You lose again.

Do you think the Clintons can see Martha's Vineyard, over 160 miles away, from their backyard?

From a quick search, it seems like you've been duped. The Obamas don't own property on MV. The picture you linked looks like it was just a rental for a vacation.

If Sarah Palin can see Russia from Wasilla AK then sure the Clintons can probably see Martha's Vineyard from their backyard even with their old failing eyes.

Prior to 2000, the EC hadn't yielded an anomalous result since 1888, 112 years, so nobody paid it much mind. It was working as intended, merely ratifying the popular vote. It became a mere formality. The first modern anomalous result brought in the Bush Admin who executed disastrous policy at home & abroad with the housing bubble & the invasion of Iraq. There's no reason to think that the results of the Trump Admin will be any better.
