Well I don't know what she means by her lyrics, but I find it very disturbing that I couldn't read them without singing.

The song wouldn't be so disturbing if it was a little less abstract, and if it didn't include the line "I'm shedding / Shedding every color / Trying to find a pigment of truth / Beneath my skin".

Pigment, Color, and Skin, along with "wash away" and "start clean" make the song sound like it's about ethnic cleansing (genocide).

Again, it really wouldn't be so bad if it weren't so vague and we could tell what the song's actually about; like maybe it's about lying and feeling bad about it and wanting to tell the truth to whoever she lied to.
