Agreed, but shit like this needs to be exposed. It may not have much bearing on the voter, but the voter should know going in exactly what type of person the candidate is. If you are planting questions and playing charades with voters, it certainly speaks to the character and integrity of the candidate, IMHO.

If only we knew your deeply held "Humble" concerns before GWB was elected and re-elected, appearing almosost exlcusively before hand-picked audiences guaranteed to only lob him softball questions. I guess then it wasn't a character flaw, but rather a campaign technique.

I'd prefer honesty from my candidates, so if it's true that Hillary's camp has been planting questions in the crowd, is there a candidate who DOESN'T that I can support instead? Because it seems pretty widespread among all the folks on both sides of the aisle. You gomers are acting like this is some special Hillary problem, but God knows that she's hardly alone on this.

All these political events are staged anyways to keep candidates on message. Otherwise you get macaca moments. If you think the campaign is phony, wait till the conventions.
But it does show that Hillary can play dirty if she has to, which she'll need to do once Republicans start using their Rovian tactics on her. You gotta fight fire with fire. We don't need another John Kerry getting swift-boated and pulling punches. Of course it's a bit premature at this point since she has the nomination in the bag.

I don't like it, but trying to fight clean while the other guys are fighting dirty doesn't usually work out too well in politics. The Swift Boat bullshit was one of the most frustrating moments in the 2004 election, because it was essentially a gutless draft-dodger who had never served a day in his life questioning the service and patriotism of a man who had been wounded in combat and been awarded several medals for serving with distinction. If John Kerry had fought a little more like GWB, that episode would have been a DISASTER for the Bush team, but he tried to play it clean and we got 4 more years of "duh".

Honestly, I don't like the fact that Hillary seems to be able to play the game when considering her as President...but I DO like it when considering her as a candidate for the job. I know if the Republicans go after her with the same dirty tricks bullshit they have used for years, she'll ram it right back down their throats. It's unpleasant, sure, but that's what politics has become...pretending otherwise is just going to give us a string of Republican idiots for the next few decades.

She does? Because I have NEVER seen this from her, everything I've seen says she fights just as hard as her male counterparts...which is the big reason I think conservatives hate her so much, she threatens your none-too-strong masculine self image.

Hillary has been playing the victim card like a gambling addict in Vegas. Fast and furious.

She says "the men are all ganging up on me" ... The woman who expects us to trust her as Commander-In-Chief can't even stand up to criticism and debate with a half-dozen men. How the hell would she ever face down Ahmadenijad or Putin?
