HILARIOUS SCAM ALERT edit: [not so hilarious after all]

I don't see what's so hilarious about it. Even if you lost $.50 to the poor kid, is anything under $20 really a scam? You can't even take something less than $20 to small claims court.

Person is also ignorant of how bidding works, it's a single-item auction and he tells everyone to not bid over .50 😕
 
i feel sorry for the poor person. i think i will just paypal that person $1.00 without information being sent to me. just my 2 cents
 
I betcha he is setting up for a larger scam. You can't get feedback onless you make a sale. He is using this as a way of getting his ratings up to suck in a larger target later. Many famous trolls here pulled the same stunt.

well, the person did not certainly dutch it. that person will only receive one feedback, whether it be positive, negative, or neutral.
