Hijacker-Anthrax link found, FBI: It's a coincidence

In what the FBI calls a strange coincidence, two apartments used by suspected hijackers named in the terrorist attacks were rented to them by a real estate agent married to the editor of the tabloid newspaper where an employee died from anthrax.

Hmmm...so what do you make of this?
 
Hmm, a guy I know rented an apartment from the brother of the tax preparer used by the police officer who gave him a speeding ticket. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!

 
<sarcasm> There have been more anthrax cases reported in the past 10 days than in the past 10 years....but hey, no one should be alarmed. Just continue your every day activities. </sarcasm>


 
It's a subtle and strange coincidence indeed. But if you think about it, you would want a sublte coincidence too. Not something that just jumps out and says "Hey, this is the work of terrorists"
I'm sure it's not a coincidence that all of these anthrax cases are coming about now.
 
of course it's terrorists. since when do regular murderers start mailing biological weapons to people? this all goes with what bin laden said: "america will not live in peace until palestine does" or whatever bs he said
 
You know, while the coincidences are enough to sway me, here, I have little nagging doubts about this being part of a Mideast terrorist plot.

Let's list who's been hit:

1. Tabloids
2. NBC
3. Senate Majority leader Tom Daschle
4. Microsoft's Reno Office

It reeks of a Unibomber style act to me. But then, the Unibomber and the Taliban aren't really all that different, are they?

yes but the unibomber also sent manuscripts to the papers...he wasnt totally a mystery.

At this point, its really irrelevant whether it is 'terrorism' vis-a-vis Islamic fanatics or some Unibomber type fruit-cake seizing an opportunity to kick America while she's down (which is plausible). So far there have been about 6 anthrax infections, more than a dozen positive exposures, and 1 death. You're more likely to be killed in an automobile accident on your way to the post office than to contract anthrax from some mystery mail.
