hijacked steam account?

My son's steam account's password got changed and now I can't get it reset. I submitted a ticket with steam but haven't heard anything.

Anyone have any idea how I can recover this? This is the main account that has ALL the games I have bought on it.

It took about two days to get my hijacked account back. Note that if the hacker uses game hacks and gets VAC banned, your account will be banned forever and there's no appeal.

Well WTF. I emailed them as soon as I got an email saying that my account's email had been changed. I don't hardly ever use this...but my son uses it every day. All the games I have bought him over the years are tied to this account.

I didn't have any of that info.

They fixed it today.
