Highest Voltage for a P4?

Whats the highest *actual* voltage I should attempt to use on a P4 2.4C using the retail HS\Fan?
1.7? 1.75?

I wouldn't go above 1.7v actual, and make sure you see actual and not what is set in the bios...i am sure you know that anyways but I will post it for newbies....I actually don't go much above 1.6v now as it usually only garners 3-4 fsb max and not always worth it for the voltage and the added heat....
