Highest Refresh Rates

Not quite... I want it to *always* use the highest possible refresh rate without me having to change it so often.

Though that led to another problem, which is having to adjust the screen often, it keeps getting out of place, not too far, but far enough to see black area all around the sides. Anyone heard of refresh force causing that?

Yeah, that's where I don't get the issue. Why do you have to change the refresh rate?
