and that supports lossless 2 channel (up to 24b 48 KHz)?

just wondering and im sorry if ive asked this before in another thread (i dont remember).

of course, it still wont look that good because the video is lossy and only RGB6, but running in a good software codec should look better than hardware so that's why i am asking.

If you're talking about decoding an existing file and are using the windows operating system, the highest quality decoding and presentation you can get are the LAV Filters as codec, haali media as splitter, and madVR as renderer with a compatible player such as MPC-BE or MPC-HC. There are a lot of scaling options out there for madVR and the optimal ones can vary depending upon your setup.

Note that you have to use 32 bit versions of LAV filters and MPC-BE in order to use madVR as renderer.
