Easy questions....

What is the highest clocked Athlon XP running with a 266 FSB??? (2600+?)
Is there any 2500+ with a 266 FSB??

Thanks

2600+ is correct, yep, and the only 2500+ so far uses the 333MHz bus and the Barton core (512kb L2 cache instead of 256kb). There is also a 333-based 2600+, so keep an eye on the details when shopping! 😀

get a 2600+ 🙂

it overclocks better... or at least what i've seen it does...

i'v eseen 2.6 to 2.7 on air with the 2600+ 266 fsb version

I guess the other question is "does your motherboard support the 2600+?" Always good to know that first 😀

Both of them do (ECS K7S5A -sis 735- and shuttle AK35GTR with S0J BIOS -kt266a-) 🙂

However, that 2400+ at $95 is winking me.... decisions, decisions...... 😉
