High Temps

Whenever I start playing really CPU and GPU intensive games, my temperatures start to spike. I've hit 85 C+ in some games. The game i've hit the highest temps in was EVE, a online game. What would be the best thing to lower the temps? I'm applying some AS5 the second i get home (at college now). Any other suggestions? Laptop is a Dell Precision M70.

P.S.-GPU is overclocked

Perhaps this would help some..along with not overclocking!! This could also be just what many others should expect when you insist on using Laptops in conditions they were never designed to operate under.
