They should of just started launching tear gas bullets at her like Terminator did in T2. IMO every cop should have one of those in the car, makes things so much safer/easier.
 
Ah.. show over. I wish they didnt have to keep cutting out to commercials on tv. The whole pit maneuver happened during a commercial break

It was pretty safe to do where they were, I am about 30 min north of them and that area where they are is pretty empty.

Do you guys remember in the mid to late 90's when all the good shit was happening? Insane car chases weekly in LA, Columbine, North Hollywood bank robbery.
