Hey guys,

Which memory should I take?

I can get both for about 330...

OCZ PC4400 512x2

Geil PC4400 512x2.

Don't know yet, I havent even seen a site yet that reviewed OCZ or Geils PC4400. All Ive seen is Corsairs TwinX1024-4400PT. And you have to have an overclocked P4 for it to be of any use. It's ideal for a 275 MHZ Intel bus.

The corsair OCed the least amount.

Geil middle.

OCZ OCed the furthest...

All of them are cert for my board...

I guess I'll go with the OCZ since it OCs the furthest and looks the best with the copper finish.

IC7 MAX3, just got it.

okay OCZ memory:

Cas Latency: 3-4-4-8
Support Voltage: up to 2.9V
Bandwidth: 4.4GB/s

Geil:

Cas Latency: 3 8-4-4
Support Voltage: 2.6V-3.1V
Bandwidth: 4.4GB/s

They wrote it different, but because of the dashes you can see its the same, they both pretty much have the same voltage range too...

Oh and corsair which costs 100 dollars more...

Cas Latency: 3 8-4-4
Support Voltage: 2.6V-3.1V
Bandwidth: 4.4GB/s

Same thing too... I think they are all the same chips, all hynix it looks like.

I have some OCZ 3200 memory running at 2325. They work great and their silver finish is nice. Not to mention, you can usually find them at decent prices.

I'm talking PC4400, most expensive non-ecc memory on the market...

Geil is silver on these speeds, OCZ copper

Ive had a lot of problems with Geil memory. It often wont run at its rated speed, and if it does, you have to use a rediculous amount of voltage compared to competitors memory.

Well that won't be a problem, I can go high enough.

Plus according to the reviews it works fine.
