I have heard about this for a while, but is there any truth to it?

I have Road Runner (Time Warner Cable) now, and I love it. I just noticed that they bumped up my download to around 350k Download (from 250k Download).

I heard that they are gonna start charging more for "high bandwidth" users. Is this true?

Anyone have any links or stories or whatever?

Anyone know about the recent upage in speeds?
 
I remember hearing about that a while back... basically if you used some outrageous amount of bandwidth per month I think then they upped your service fee... but I can't remember what the bandwidth amount was...
