Ummm ...

"Son, you might be able to outrun our patrol cars with that souped up Olds of yours, but you'll never be able to outrun the 'ol Motorola."

Whatup buds....

That movie I linked to..... not sure if it is real or fake... but that Porsche would be able to get away from any cop, especially with the dude whos driving it in that movie. That guy has got some skills. There are some parts when hes smashing through Stockholme, flyin around corners and the precision he has when correcting his powersliding is insane. Watch it a few times. Show your friends. Everyone I show that movie to flips out. But is it a real or a fake? Im guessing it was staged.....

... but I could be wrong.... ;)

(the driver in the video was actually me, and my friend was hanging the camera out of the window. Like our editing?)

That video was awesome. I've watched it twice in the past hour wondering if i could pull that off. Hahaha need a better car than an Accord. The 911 would work for me, but then again who wouldn't it work for??????

miniMUNCH wow...you've got some brother there outrunning cops all the time. I go to Berkeley too, and seriously tho, those cops can't stand a chance to follow with cars. Those streets are way too small and bumpy to be able to handle much speed and acceleration. I think if a cop were chasing me alone...it's even possible to ditch the cop on a regular bicycle. There's just so many little roads that you can take a normal car can't follow very well. :) I drive a car here too, and it's a bit@h to drive around here.

Dang, i'd like to see your brother's R1. That's a sweet bike. I've got an unused motorcycle license that I should put into use one of these days. too bad i got no money :(

I doubt it's propaganda. If anything, the reason why you see the dudes on the news getting caught is because of the choppers. If the news choppers have a bead on a runaway, then obviously the polic choppers are there or soon to be there...it's ovah.

I've never seen it happen live, but I have seen clips where the suspect made a clean getaway. One guy made it all the way to Mexico.

Oh, and them Duke boys ususally got away....

About that Stockholm video

The car is a barely modified porsche 911. So its has only about 230-240hp.

And if you listen carefully the guy never gets out of 4 gear. Plus he never completely winds out each gear. hes shifting a pretty low rpm. For all we know we could be just going 5mph over the limit. The last highway scene was the fastest part of it, but he barely got into 5th gear so hes going about 90mph.

I really really dought this was staged, except for the 'police' that pulled him over, that was completly fake. The amount of road he covered could not be cleared, he drove on so much road they couldnt possibly close all of it off and keep the public out. I bet the guy new where we was going and had it all mapped out and stuff.
