High speed CD-R discs

Where can I buy GOOD quality CD-R discs that will burn at speeds higher than 16X? I don't really care much for a brand, but just one that has a label on it so the silver doesnt peel. Perhaps ones that will do 32X or 40X? I don't need the jewel cases, so a spindle is fine.
