Oh man, high school drama, I remember it well.

I ditched a lot during my junior / senior year as well (wtf are you supposed to do for that month after AP testing and before school finals when all of your classes were AP classes and the AP test counted as the class final -_-" )

I usually had my bases covered though- usually forged a note form my parents before i left ("hey ken, wanna ditch 5th and 6th periods and grab some lunch?" -"sure, just lemme stop by the computer lab to type up a note from my dad first") My dad was really cool about such things as well after i explained the AP situtation to him - I'll usually leave his work phone number on the forge note, and text message him, saying if anyone from the school calls, say that I have a dental appointment / family issues / whatever BS excuse i used on the note today. He had quite a laugh from some of the excuses I came up with.

When I was in school (college), chemistry tests were at 8am on Saturdays. ...So what?

as for the sugar in a gas tank...I recommend shoving a block of cheese into the tailpipe (chedder works well). The victim will be driving around all fine and happy, then notice some purple-orangeish smoke billowing from out the back of their car. Freaked...they'll take it to a mechanic. The cheese will have burned off, leaving no actual problem with the car (there never was). If the mechanic is good (crooked in this case), then they'll try to scam the victim into some BS repair. Try that out, it's quite beautiful.

speaking of chemistry and dicking with cars in high school-
After our chemistry teacher showed us the thermite reaction, we always joked about starting such a reaction on the hood of the car of some punk we all used to hate. Never got THAT far though =P

However, be sure you don't shove an entire block into the tailpipe...you don't won't to kill them with CO poisoning...or a large exlposion.....
(Not sure if either of those will happen, but it seems possible...perhaps the other hellions on these forums can offer their input?)

I highly doubt either will happen, the cheese would probably just go flying out the back (eg. potato gun style), or the engine will stall.

if you hadn't broken the rules, you wouldn't have been caught, the girl wouldn't have told on you, you wouldn't have detention, and we wouldn't be reading this worthless thread.

exactly :) I find it funny that the title is "high school drama is a joke," yet he still feels the need to vomit this thread all over the forums. well, I already had my fun with it...

lol, that's pretty amusing actually ... Your problem is that you don't know the administration well enough to not get in trouble for such a thing .. I don't think the principal could have cared less if I went out to lunch during school. Learn the play the game, and move on.

Therefore, they do whatever they can to be assholes to us for no apparent reason.

Anyways, today, I went out for lunch with some friends. Juniors aren't technically allowed to go out to lunch, so yeah, my fault, whatever. Who follows rules in high school? Just to clarify, because I can see the flaming coming, I KNOW I SHOULD NOT HAVE GONE OUT. IT'S IRRELEVANT TO THIS STORY. A senior girl saw me at a nearby restaurant, and proceeded to go back to school and tell the principal that I had gone out for lunch, and I got slapped with a Saturday Detention.

I've never talked to this girl in my life, nor did I even realize she knew who I was. Apparently because my friend made a mistake means that the entire senior class needs to be an immature ass to anyone who associates with her.

Not allowed to go out for lunch? Saturday detention? Where the hell do you live that they do that to ya?

If you can't do the time (Saturday Detention) then don't do the crime (being a junior and going off campus to eat). Simple.

Weird... I thought it'd be China or North Korea or something.

Same here. We had a kid killed walking to BK my freshman year and it ended quickly.

To the OP, you broke the rules and now are pissed you got caught? Quit being a whiney little chick and take your medicine. (yes it was relevant to your story)

Take her on a date to someplace far away and then put sugar in her gas tank. Stuck out in the woods at night waiting for AAA FTW
Take her mother out for a nice seafood dinner and never call her again.

:disgust:...I'm pissed because someone went out of their way to get me in trouble. I have no problem doing the Saturday and I realize that I broke the rules. It's just pretty ridiculous to me that someone would go out of their way to get a kid they don't even know in trouble, that's all.

nevermind some people never leave the high school drama behind after they "grow up".....
