Is there an equivalent of a High-Range System Builders list like the Mid-Range list?

There isn't. It's very hard to make a generalized high end build recommendation because compared to midrange builds, high end builds tend to have more specific requirements for various components, less emphasis on performance per dollar, more emphasis on personalized looks and design, more variance in monitor setup, et cetera.
