Is the 60FPS coincidence or do you have vsync enabled?
If it's vsync then the CPU just doesn't need to run more than one core to get 60FPS especially inside with nothing going on there is nothing much that would use the CPU.

but perofrmance is not good then if core is used only and all other games use every core but this game is exception far cry 5 also takes all cores . vsync has to enabled as monitor is only 60hz

fps are dropping then which is not good for smooth gameplay
You drop below 60?

edit : also, this seems to be a problem for the game in its early release, from the look of it something they patched later on. You running an early version?

So, yesterday BF used all cores. Today BF uses only one core. Same as new dawn, that also only uses one core.

That is one of the oddest things I've ever heard of.

Really.

TaskManager -> Details -> Threads

How many threads are New Dawn running?

If its more than one, and all those threads is scheduled to the same core... Then I am in no mans land here. That makes zero sense.
Legit version of windows? Legit version of Dawn?

Have you screwed with "set affinity" ?
