So I just installed windows and my drivers on to my first build and I'm very excited. I do plan on OC and I know I will be swapping out the stock fans but for right now I just wanna close the case and get it up and running fully I just wanted to know if anyone has any general tips as to hiding/managing the wires for the best air flow or if anyone could point me in the direction of a good site that show me how to do this Thanks!

what case do you have?
in most cases there is room behind the mobo (you need to take off the other side panel, the one behind the mobo) there is room to hide extras/slack behind there.
Another good way (if your PSU wires are long enough) is to take them along the top/side of the case to the drive bays and then from there, take them to the desired devices
The same can be done with the hard drive cage/bays......... basically, wherever there is room thats not being used and isnt in the way of a fan/in plain sight, use it (behind the hard drive bays, inside the drive bays, behind the mobo, under a PCI card at the bottom of the case, etc)

well, just follow what i said above
- stuff unused wires behind the mobo panel
- route the wires along the sides of the hard drive/ drive bays to keep them out of sight and out of airflow
- basically hide them wherever there is extra room that pretty much cant be seen

well thats where you have to run them behind the mobo, then bring them back by the drive bays/ hard drives, and then run them to wherever they need to go
its all about hiding
and if there not long enough, then lengthen them yourself

yea, i spent two days doing wire management, and it looked killer
but as soon as i finally hooked up the ATX and SATA power connections, it got cluttered fast, mainly because i didnt hide the ATX (im going to do that in the next week, right now its going straight down the middle of the case, then under the CPU heatsink)...... its all about patience and creativity

I ran the SATA cable behind the drive cage since mine is removable. I hid the ATX calbe under the cages too and ran it so you only see it goin one way. I have too much time on my hands and just like the looks of computers. So I figured that I'd give it a try and it's very additcting. It also can be fraustrating too. It was so hard to sqeeze 3 cables between the drive cage and front bezel and one of them was a thick floppy cable with round wrapping on it. I mainly did this because I have a side panal window and lots of friends. When they come over to my house they really won't pay any attention to that but If it's neat it will catch there eye. Also It helps the cooling of the case and with 5 case fans I shjould be ok.
DO NOT use round IDE..they are crap. you can get MUCH better results using flat ribbon cables, and bending them at different angles to have them run along the case. Furthermore, i bend and fold the ide cables so that it lies under the mobo to reach up to my cd drives.....
