I'd prefer to deal with a web host based in the USA who's been in business for at least one year.

Domain Name: HIBERYA.COM
Registrar: ONLINENIC, INC.
Whois Server: whois.OnlineNIC.com
Referral URL: http://www.OnlineNIC.com
Name Server: NS1.WEBTEKNOLOJISI.COM
Name Server: NS2.WEBTEKNOLOJISI.COM
Status: ACTIVE
Updated Date: 17-sep-2005
Creation Date: 17-sep-2005
Expiration Date: 17-sep-2006

Telnap.com and HostPC.com FTW!

There is no such thing as an "unlimited bandwidth" plan.

Funny how they offer unlimited bandwidth, on plans with almost no harddrive space. Or unlimited harddrive space, but with very very limited bandwidth.

I like my plan, $15/month and I get 20GB of space and 400GB of bandwidth, fast as all heck, and no downtime for over a year now :)

I'll have to be the first one on AT to say I had a bad experience with Telnap. After doing a bit of webhostingtalk trolling, I'll be going with site5.com next.

Telnap isn't perfect but I'd go with them before hiberya.
