Is there any option from which we can highlight Hibernate instead of pressing shift button?

I'm still a little curious because the HIBERNATE option does not appear when i go to

START, TURN OFF COMPUTER. I only see standby, turn off, restart.

previously, hibernate was also an option.

Right now, i can only hibernate when i do it from my laptops hibernate button.

this is what kingtech meant. you click the shift button and then standby turns into hibernate.
