Hi

Hi crobb100 and welcome to the Distributed Computing Forum. 🙂

Some of your fellow ECCp enthusiasts will be here shortly to say hello. Glad you decided to help out the TeAm. 😀

Hi 🙂

Welcome aboard TeAm Anandtech and the TA ECC2 team 😀
If you have any questions or need any assistance with the ECC2 project, let us know. 😉

Well-it seems to be zipping along-found 4 DPs.

I am not quite sure how data will be DL'd to ECC, or if it is unless a certain DP or something else is found. I am behind a firewall, so may have to set up the email submission. Might need help with that.

Nothing has been buffered yet. Should I expect it to be? I am running the ECC2-109 GUI.

How does AnandTech get credit for my being OL and running data?

Hello. Although I'm not familiar with ECC2, and can't answer your questions, I'd still like to welcome you to Team AnandTech. 😀

Stats are updated every 6 hours.. and it follows the GMT time. Go here for the stats 🙂

Have you already received the confirmation email? After your client has sent at least one dp, a confirmation email should be sent to the email you specified on the ecc2.cfg file. From there you can activate your account, change your ECC2 handle, and join the TeAm.

The client uses port 80 to send the dp data to the dp server, so if you notice that the dps aren't being sent, you can use the dp uploader found on the bottom of the home page: http://ecompute.org/ecc2/

Good luck and happy DP searching. 😉

Welcome to Team Anandtech!

I hope you enjoy your stay with us and pop in often 🙂 Feel free to ask if you ever have any problems 🙂
