Just to set your mind at ease, here in NY I've always heard it as whitey tighties, and when I was in virginia for a bit I heard it as tighty whities.

About the snow in Colombia.. hmm here the snow it's like the green grass of your garden.. i'ts just at your door step. well the only thing iis that people are not very addictive as they are in the USA and others countries.. in other words.. we made it.. but the rest get high with it.
