Hi all,

Im having a dilemma here. My parents are going to vacation and I had to stay home for a week. I thought this is freeeddddoommm, but she left, she told me to do some house works and she expects it to be done when shes home. :|

Well, I thought it was gonna be some simple stuff like mopping or sweeping, but no. She asks me to clean the carpets. And I dont know how. So help me, if theres someone out there that has the knowledge on how to clean carpet using Hi Foam Shampoo and a wet/dry carpet, PLEASE teach me how.

There are things lingering inside my head,
No. 1 = my mom says its "wet/dry vac" so, it can suck water? I never knew...
No. 2 = How the hell to use this Hi Foam shampoo? Should I put it on the carpets, brush it then use the wet/dry vac to suck the moist? Is that how it goes, cause thats the limit of my logical thinking ability.

Shed me with your blinding light on this matter, please....

p/s: my mom is a monster (in case anyone asks why Im so submissive)

Seriously...what's with all the stupid posts lately? It's like the collective IQ of the forum suddenly dropped by 100 points.

Read the directions on the shampoo? Seriously, this belongs in the category of "things you should know before leaving home."

I've never used high foaming carpet cleaner, but I've used low foaming carpet cleaner. This is just a wild guess, but since you're using a shop vac to vacuum up the water, I don't think it'll make a difference what brand of soap you use, so long as it's foamy. I think a lot of people use Dawn dish detergent at car washes. It foams up pretty good. So, just mix that with water, spray it on the carpet, rub it in really good and get it all lathered up, then suck it up with the shop vac.

/not serious.

She puts it inside a gallon and theres no instruction whatsoever. I think she did this on purpose so that I have something to do at home. Still it needs to be done.

Alright, atleast I have some idea what to do next, although you are not serious.

Thank you so much!
