New guy here..
I have just got a brand new
ASUS V9280/Td G4 Ti 4200 128ddr card.
I have a AMD XP 1600+ cpu
512 PC133 ram
ESC K7AMA MB

I need to know how to get the most out of this system...
I love to play games and I am not getting the FPS that I should
IN "MOHAA" i get 25fps
in flight sims I get 15fps.
Others that have the same system are getting almost double what I am

Help Please.
Thanks

Welcome :)

OK, before we can help you out too much we need a few more details.

First off, what settings are you using in your games?

Which flight sims are you seeing those framerates on?

Also, what driver version are you running with your video card?

VSYNC is a term used to describe how a graphics board renders and displays an image to the display. With VSYNC On, the graphics board draws one frame of a scene, and waits for the monitor to display it before starting the next frame.

Game does not matter as much because it is all games.
