HGH is Human Growth Hormone...
It's basically a hormone that is responsible for growth...
It is also available as a prescription medication (somatropin), which your doctor would prescribe if you were growth-stunted...
It only works before the bones are closed...
It is also commonly used by bodybuilders to make muscles bigger (usually in combination with insulin) with loads of very nasty side effects...
How old are you?
[edit] Forgot, there are no supplements that can increase HGH enough to make you grow taller, HGH cannot even be ingested orally, it has to be injected...

True, but bone closure starts much earlier, for HGH to be an effective treatment it has to be started in early teens at the latest...
HGH can only be administred in small dosages so the effect would be to replace the naturally lacking HGH, if you really have a problem with HGH production you will be diagnosed with the problem when they discover that you are not growing in the rate you should...
I think Millenium was referring to complete bone closure...
A funny thing, do you know what it is that causes bone closure? estrogen, in both males and females, some of the male hormone testosterone is converted to estrogen... So if you can minimize estrogen during your teenage years you grow taller... Damn, if had only known that back then... 🙁

Those crap emails about HGH this and that are complete BS. You can't get it without a prescription or else on the black market if you know where to look. Plus, it's a LOT more expensive than the fake crap they push, whether you buy it with a prescription or on the black market. Not to mention most insurance won't cover it.
