Hezbollah in Mexico

I have no problem believing that. Unfortunately Bush and Obama are both Mexico's bitches, Bush even more so than Obama.

Silly, Hezbollah is probably just there to establish diplomatic relations with Mexico's soon-to-be leadership, the drug cartels. As you know, Hezbollah's only goal is to overthrow Western backed puppets abroad, to eliminate the Zionist occupation of Arab land and to end oppression of innocent Shia in Sunni dictatorships.

No need to secure or restore order on any border. Once they finish removing non-believers and Zionists, they will leave our continent in peace.
 
And before anybody starts talking that crazy if you use drugs you support terrorists nonsense... Supporting the war on drugs is supporting the cartels by giving them much larger profits than if we had a more reasonable stance on illicit substances.

The border cannot be "secured", I know you righties like to keep that at the top of your spank bank list but it's impossible.

Ask Jesus to legalize pot and the majority of the problem just resolved itself.

If we were going to invade and "nation build" Mexico would have been a much, much better choice than Afghanistan. They actually share most of our beliefs, they're a hard working, mostly good people and we would see real results (in crime, economics, immigration) from fixing Mexico the way we've attempted to fix Afghanistan.

What does Hezbollah's presence in Mexico have to do with either POTUS? I don't understand why these names are bandied about in this thread with no obvious tie in...

If Mexico collapsed and we were to do that, we should just annex them and forget nation building (assuming their citizens agreed to it after a vote). That would solve the illegal immigration problem as they would all be US Citizens (with full voting rights and benefits), end the border problem as Mexican provinces would become US States with free travel privileges. Mexico's southern border is tiny by comparison, so if needed we can just go 38th parallel on it.

Send the FBI in to reduce corruption, legalize and regulate marijuana and cocaine to reduce illegal drug trafficking, develop Mexico's natural resources, etc.

It might be tricky to manage social welfare resulting from annexing a developing country and the temporary security forces required without going bankrupt...

These trolls don't need any evidence, in their minds, the fact that this happened is proof enough to them that it is Obama's fault. Just like the 2008 stock market crash was his fault, and Iraq is his fault, and Bush was responsible for getting Bin Laden, etc, etc, etc.

Logical thinking is certainly not a favored attribute for our trolls in P&N.

Problem is that it will certainly be used to beef up antidrug efforts, all the while our country failing to realize that the drug problem isn't across the border, they are simply filling a demand.
