I really, truly, hope we can take this state to bankruptcy faster than ever before. In fact, I've got a lobby meeting to get to to promote higher wages for any & all state agency workers as well as teachers and county & municipal employees.

So California ranks in top 5 (or higher depending on how you measure) in average home prices yet only 15th in property taxes revenue?
