Uh that makes me:

1) A man (well.. boy but you know what I mean) not willing to give up his integrity for cash

2) A man who wasn't born into a Presidential family

3) A man who didn't have his daddies fortune

4) A man who could speak better and is more intelligent than Bush, but is not old enough and does not have access to the proper political conduits in order to express himself.

5) A man who doesn't have Darth Cheney backing him

6) And a man that doesn't have Karl Rove pulling the strings

As for Democrats being defeated by an idiot thus making them the real idiots... that doesn't hold much water. They say a democratically elected leader reflects his constituency... So if your leader is an idiot and was elected it doesn't make us idiots, just the people that voted for him.

It's not just the fact he couldn't speak if his life depended on it. It's his arrogance and demeanor. He's a fvckwit who would be loading boxes at walmart if his last name wasn't bush.

when i hear people bash Bush and now Kerry for being dumb for the grades they got in college, I ask that person,

"so, umm what college did you go to and graduate from?"

That is a good one. Like he actually earned admission into an Ivy League school

Bush is definitely not the smartest guy in the world. He is also realistic about it and has never claimed to be. I respect someone that can at least be honest with himself over someone who knows he is an idiot and makes a greater fool trying to impress everyone with his fancy blueblood lingo.

First off, Bush only claims to not being the smartest guy in the world to garner votes from people who think that he is being sincere. The man is and definately thinks that he is very intelligent. He has no grasp whatsoever on the English language, but he is smart.

Someday you will be able to realize that people don't always believe what they say about themselves. Sometimes, they even make jokes at their own expense. It is called self-deprecating humor. It lulls people like you into thinking they they aren't that smart or good at something just so you feel a "connection" with them or a confidence that you have the upper hand and then they can screw you over. Bush falls into this category.

 how superficial can you be...

Acromegaly is an adult disorder, note the similarities in appearance since being a child.

I'll assume you mean the person who created the thread.. under-grad from University of Houston, post-grad from University of Texas, thanks for asking. -

note: The thread title was meant to be sarcastic.

Unlike most, I don't believe either are idiots. Contrary to the prevailing (ignorance) opinion, you just don't buy-your-way-in to Yale or any other Ivy League school, at least not in the carte blanche/conspiracist sorta way that's being purported around here and the respective partisan camps. Sorry folks, It just doesn't work that way.. that's one of the many aspects that qualifies a school as "Ivy League" and not places like UH or UT or wherever U. And if that aint good enuff for ya, GW went on to the Harvard Business School (you don't buy-your-way-in there either) and received an MBA. I think Kerry went on to post-grad to earn something like that as well.

It's pretty sad that neither one of these guys ever had an A in any college level course.

How did these people get into any type of law/business school?!

Not only did they get into ANY law / business schools, they got into decent / good ones. Connections and legacy are a huge problem in American schools, and this accounts for Bush and Kerry. The fact that these schools get federal money and allow legacy admissions is terrible.

Any free market is exposed to bribery and connections, it is very much inhertent in anything privately owned and operated.

Though they both were mediocre, Bush spent the following 2 decades killing off what few brain cells he had. Bush should be the poster boy for why Drug/Alcohol Abuse is bad.

That said: Kerry Lost, get over it!!!

Kerry is smarter. He got 4 marks for distinction his Freshman year. Bush only got 1 mark of distinction in his 4 years.
wow, you're right.. "discinction marks" do make one smarter. Of course being elected President of the United States twice in a row is chump change.. uh huh, you got it all figured out.

First off the people only voted him in once. The pop vote was for gore the first round. Seccond, with the swarms of articles in the news reporting of voter fraud in the last election, you dont know he won that ether. Thirdly, bush cant even read from his speach. You would think that an, "intelligent" person would be able to speak using the english language

1. The people voted Bush in using the Electoral College. How can you say that the people didn't vote him into office? Yes, Gore did win the popular vote, but does that mean, given our laws today, Bush didn't get elected?
2. "Swarms of articles" that amount to what investigation? You'd think that if the Democrats believed that they could win by way of exposing voter fraud, they would, huh?
3. I'm sure that Bush uses a speech writer when speaking impromptu.
4. Please enlighten me as to how intelligence can be proven through eloquent speaking.

/queue song

Goodbye to Texas university,
so long to the orange and the white.
Good luck to the dear old Texas Aggies,
they are the ones who show the real old fight.
"The eyes of Texas are upon you,"
that is the song they sing so well (sounds like hell).
So goodbye to texas university,
we're gonna beat you all to
Chig-a-roo-garem, Chig-a-roo-garem,
Rough tough real stuff Texas A&M.

Saw varsity's horns off, saw varsity's horns off.
Saw varsity's horns off, SHORT! Ay!
Varsity's horns are sawed off, varsity's horns are sawed off.
Varsity's horns are sawed off, SHORT! Ayyyyyyyy!

😀

Being an elitist studying in France for a year, you would think Kerry would have done a little better than a 77 in French..................

Really? How about a test on foreign affairs right now between the two? Who gives a rats but about what happened in college 40 years ago?--I want someone running this country that has some brain cells NOW.

Bush can't put two sentances together without bungling one. The debates really showed Bush and his dead brain cells at their best.

How is it possible to go through an entire undergraduate program and not receive a single A? I mean, there are courses where EVERYONE gets A's.

And don't tell me Yale is/was a tough school. Over 80% of Yalies graduate with honors. And I don't think it's that much easier now than it was in the sixties.
