OH NO!! The dreaded one-floor-down trick. I was leaving work one night at 7:30 on a Friday night once (I get in at 6:45 in the morning, so 7:30 at night is obviously rough), and I tookt he elevator down since I was on the top floor. I got to 3, and it stopped. This bugged me already because our elevators take LITERALLY 10 seconds to open on each floor, but at least I thought I was out of the trouble.... then she got off on 2. I nearly punched the fat cow, but unfortunately there were people around. The best part is, the people immediately said, "Oh, there you are" like they had been waiting for her, and she took the slowest possible method of getting down one floor just to conserve energy. GRRRRR......

Edit: And for the record, we have basically an equal population of women and men here, and the women FAR MORE FREQUENTLY take the elevator up or down one floor. WTF is with that? Why are women lazier than men when it comes to stuff like that? Is it genetic? Does it have to do with hormones?

Its just like the chicks at the gym. Upstairs is where all the aerobic machines are (plus the track). When I pass the elevator to take the stairs, half the time I see women waiting in line or getting into the elevator to go up one story :roll:

Life's to short to worry about stuff like that. Let it go, and let them do what they want to their own body. You must have a real short fuse to get annoyed that easily.

Ah, I don't know man. But it happens a LOT in our building. I work on the 10th floor and I swear that flippin' elevator stops to pick up a 1-floor-floozy every time. Even BETTER is when some TARD gets in and pushes 2 or even 3 wrong buttons. Yeah ok thx for adding another minute to my already long & boring day.
