last i checked the twovles had a 3-1 record against the lakers in the regular season and got 2 games on them in the playoffs. what is this about not being able to beat an LA team? try to be a little more creative with the gloating:beer:

The Wolves improved vastly this year. I predicted another first round exit for them this year before the playoffs started and they exceeded that. They along with the Spurs will be a formidable force again next year.

if either Troy Hudson OR Cassell get to play, it wouldn't so easy for Lakers to stomp them like a High School Junior Varsity team.

I'm amazed the Dream Team could lose two games to this Timberwolves squad who did not even have a point guard. Hell, even the Hitman took out Martin and they still lost the 2.

I hope the Pistons put a real hurtin' on them

Not at all. When healthy and not acting like spoiled children, the Lakers are easily the best team in the NBA. Add to that the absence of Sam Cassell and Troy Hudson and I think the T'Wolves played the Lakers very well.

That being said, anyone who watches basketball and says that Garnett sucks is obviously an idiot. For any true Lakers fans out there, those that were fans before they started winning championships, I tip my hat and hope that you go on to win the championship. If Minnnesota can't win, I'd at least like to say that we lost to the team that won it all.
 
Whats amazing to me is that LA has lost games in the playoffs and nearly lost the series to San Antonio, when the Lakers team put on the floor has no business losing a single game to anybody.
