I actually don't even watch football. Well, I do watch the SuperBowl but that is mostly for the commercials.

I hope you do well at newbie training, sometimes it's kinda hard on the newbies and they wash out pretty quickly. Other times the newbies post so damn much that the mention of their handle is synonymous with cursing.... Enjoy your time, and don't take offense from the level of immaturity present upon these boards.

That was one of the interesting things about when I moved down south. Most of the people in PA didn't seem to care that much about football or sports in general (at least in the north-east).

Down here in the south... that stuff is "srs bsns." Last time someone asked me to choose a side between Alabama and Auburn, I just told them I'd put a "House Divided" license plate on my car. Given I'm living alone, I thought it'd work nicely. 😀

Yes, I suggest you spend some time learning who tends to troll and what subjects are flame bait. As long as you try to avoid responding to direct attacks, you will get a bit of a virtual thick skin around here. Oh, and some of us are a bit crazy, "and hate ourselves".
