I was about to do something stupid because it hadn't been shut down. You stepped up a notch in my reckoning!

This thread should be locked as well. It has less business here that the shirt thread did. Notice: no "hot deal"; no product.

Go to OT.

thank you

If you thought the other link wasn't a bargain, what kind of a bargain is this? I hope this thread is locked. :disgust:

Oh come on, Taser. You were participating more than most! You're only glad it was shut down because a bunch of people were beginning to disagree with your side.

Sorry mods, just had to get that out, going on my way now...

I think it should be locked, too. I just wanted to thank them after I've railed on them for their infrequent mistakes in the past.

since i never got a chance to clarify before... just one little point before this one gets tossed as well..

I'd wear a t-shirt boosting hetero sex, as long as the makers thereof were not bigots, and as long as the shirt DID NOT stand for some sort of bigotry..

like I said, 3-some pride shirts should be sold instead. :p

ok, here it comes..

can the mods just MOVE this to OT? please? wouldn't that be easier than locking, and saying, "post it again there"? I know it takes very little for mods at my car club to move threads between forums..

yes, i did participate in the other thread...and thought it should have been locked early too, just like this one. I emailed the mods about the other thread concerning the site this t-shirt was at and about their agenda. I wanted them to take a look at it and see if it was appropriate and if they condoned such a post here.

That's agood point re e-mailing the mods.

How does one do that?

Is the address posted someplace obvious that I missed?

i had to do some searching before i found out how/where to email the mods. I finally found it on the first anandtech page (the home page....at the top...just choose "contacts"...it's between "forums" and "customize" at the very top). I sent it to Jason (the second email contact).

Yeah, moderators, thanks for shutting that other thread down!

The last thing this forum needs are off-topic threads that offend the values of tolerance that forward-thinking, rational people share. Offenders must be stopped by authorities, before progressives have to "do something stupid" to stop them. If forward thinkers don't maintain constant vigilance and control, how will freedom of thought survive? Backward thinking, as exhibited by the bigots who disagree with us, has no place in a free society.

So, thanks again for your intolerance toward intolerance! With the help of monitors like Hychka and TaserT, people will have no choice but to be free, and in just the right ways! So thanks to them, too!

(You can lock this thread, too, now that we've spoken.)

Sorry for the offtopic post, but I have to respond...
" Backward thinking, as exhibited by the bigots who disagree with us, has no place in a free society."

So anybody that disagrees with you is a bigot and automatically wrong. You really are an as*! Your liberal, political correctness is offensive to say the least. Next thing you know you will want a freakin disclaimer on the 1st amendment stating that "it only applies as long as it doesn't offend a single left wing liberal on the face of the planet."

people seem determined to post to this thread, and i know you can move threads, so why not just move em both over to off topic?

i will refrain from posting my opinions :)
