Hey mod, Comment allez-vous ce soir?

You're welcome schweetie. 😉

<< Sorry its in code........................ROFLMAO! >>

You forgot the PIMP. 😉 Heehee

The title is supposed to mean, "Hey mod, how are you doing this evening." However, if my high school French education is accurate, that should be, "Comment allez-vous ce soir?" or "Comment vas-tu ce soir?" depending on the intended level of respect and the implied closeness of relationship of the individuals.

The message, I'm assuming, is supposed to say "Just asking, that's all." I'm not positive as to how that would be said properly in French, but I don't think they would phrase their comments like that.

That's what he was supposed to mean, the translations is;

The title is "how you do this night"

and "Seulement demander et tout" is "only asking and all" but I think he would be saying like Handle said "Just asking, that's all "Je demande c'est tout".

Ooh! Let's start up an "ècrive en Français" class on this thread, so we can all learn to read and write "en Français"! Parlez-vous Français?

Comment allez-vous ce soir is technically correct, but it's not said. People don't say it like that, it just doesn't sound right.

This thread reminds me of the American Couple who were studying French because they had just adopted a French baby and "wanted to know what his first words meant."

Alors les potes, on s'éclate! 🙂

Faudrait pas ambitionner tout de même... 😉
