the best ones are around .8 to 2.0
Below .4 are bad and above 4.0 is just as bad really. If you look at the map, the higher ones are at the other end of the scale.

At least thats been the case with me.

.4 _down avg 4.5-5 hours
.8-2.0 avg 3.7-3.9 hours
4.0_up avg 4.5-5 hours

GunDog - theoretically, those VHAR WUs (like the ones you show as 4+) have very little analysis done on them and all *should* be faster than the 0.4s etc., so not sure why yours are running slower... 🙁
 
Yes the angle range reflects the degree's north or south of 20 degree's on the sky map. The low angle ones are closest to 20 degee's so they are in the middle of the sky map.

In my past experience anything below 0.100 is really crappy, and anything above 1.200 is sky candy.😎
