...depends on what that setup is.

If you're not overclocking then you shouldn't need artic silver. Your CPU/HSF are designed to run under default operating conditions. If you're going to overclock (up the FSB speed and voltage) then you should get better cooling. If not, then you don't &quot;need&quot; it. However, better cooling never hurts.
