Fender 'factory' pre 1959 footage. There are some heavy hitters working in that crew back then. Abigail Ybarra is a huge name in Fender lore, I coulda had a set of her pickups but completely forgot to ask for them when ordering.
That is a HUGE derp on my part.

And belated happy birthday to Leo Fender. A genius, a craftsman, and surprisingly, not a musician. He's the guy in the beginning of the vid, seated, with a pocket protector. He was an engineer of epic level.

Anyhooo, to have a guitar crafted by hand like that nowadays would cost a small fortune.
