The link to the blog is in my sig. I'm biking from San Diego to Boston and will be blogging about it, currently the blog is mostly describing the preparation/training phase since I'm not leaving till August. Once I'm on the road it'll be updated pretty much every day.

If any of you are feeling generous, you could donate to my cause, which would be absurdly appreciated. Mostly though, you can all post here to explain how I'm doing it wrong, why it's stupid, that I seem to have kind of even stolen the name for Muttsta's blog as well as the idea, etc...

Man, that muttsta blog was the shit, I remember saving the reading for work and how I felt like I was at most of the places he was (well I was in Costa Rica, just not when he was).

A Trek FX 7.3 that's been heavily customized. Certainly NOT a touring bike but it should work well.
