I had my customary #6 late Monday night, a G&L fart as I was making my coffee Tuesday morning, followed up with trips to the can every 20-30 minutes, eventually shedding about five pounds of water in two days (from both ends).

Better than Jared's plan, and no AIDS.

I think you ruined Taco Bell for me..
 
A better idea would just to order a pizza from Dominos. The last time I did that I ate one slice, checked to make sure I wasn't eating part of the box, and threw the rest out. Thus my calorie intake for the day was greatly reduced.
 
What is a G&L fart?!

If it is your normal #6, what was the difference between this one and all the previous? (Other than the food poisioning)

Gas and Liquid made me laugh more.. even though i knew it meant gambled and lost (learned from the best of craigslist post about the bad date due to crapping in the car)
