I think no name calling or implied comments would constitute the rules. It's easy to pick either one out and just takes a little common sense. I would hope that everyone here would have just enough common sense to figure it out too. If the comment seems iffy, then you probably shouldn't use it.

Sorry, I probably allowed that to go too far but I couldn't figure out why perknose jumped me like that.
