Pretty rough. I live in a city of 50,000+ and we run in to drugs quite a bit, but I grew up in a more rural area (town of ~1,000) and the drug problem was more visible there because there wasn't enough enforcement. There's a variety of drugs that come through here, but it's mostly meth and pot that we run into. When coke & whatnot is around town it's usually because it's being transported to or from Canada.
