With AMD chips it really depends on which motherboard you're using. I have an Asus A7V133 running a Tbird 1.2@1.33GHz with a Taisol CGK760092 and loud ass Delta fan. With a modded full tower case my cpu usually idles at the low 40's and jumps to mid 40's under full load.
