I just bought a new Zalman fan today for my AMD 3700+ (Socket 939) in an ASRock Motherboard. My motherboard didn't come with the screws that I need to attack my new fan, a CNPS9500. Anybody have any idea where I can get these 2 screws that I need? Having to use my laptop atm as I'd rather not throw the crappy stock fan back on it while I have this new one sitting around!

Thanks

So, do you need longer screws?

If so, take one of your existing screws to Home Depot, go to the screw aisle, they should have a little thing where it can tell you the size of your screw. (I think mine were #5's). Buy them a little longer than your existing screw.

Wow, that's a lot of use of the word "screw."

My problem is that I don't have them at all. The 2 screws are the only ones that Zalman expects you to have to begin with. Zalman calls them "Retention Frame Fixing Screws". They look a lil funny. Long smooth part and then threads only at the bottom.

Your implying that they arn't anything special...I'm goign to be pretty upset if they arn't even if it does make my life a lot easier :(
