Well, as far as we can tell, Peter can only use one power at a time. So if he's not using his healing power to fix the head wound, what power is he currently using...or about to use?

Oh yeah, I assume that's the way too, but it just seems weird since he should be able to heal himself unless sylar is blocking his power somehow. Although Hiro never said it was on his forehead.
