This is a good show indeed. With all the bad comic book movies out it's good to see something original and creative.

Next question. How long do you think this show will go on? It seems like they are telling large parts of the story, as if they don't plan on making that many episodes. I don't think that it would be a bad thing if it was short though, make a one hit wonder and move on to the next thing instead of dragging it on trying to get better ratings.

I'm so into it but damm, it needs to start picking up.

Are you kidding? This pace is insane for a TV show, its at least 10x faster than LOST.

Ummm, I've already defended it several posts ealier when others were calling it slow but they better not follow LOST lead and start dragging this show along.

This is the only thing i don't like about the show. what a horrible slogan. it would've been fine without that.

I disagree. I think it's brilliant. It's extremely thought-provoking and it anchors the show's direction.

I found it insanely intriguing when I first heard it.
Same here.

Got my roommate hooked and now my dad hooked - spread the word fellow nerds, I'm tired of good shows getting canceled (though NBC is much better at holding on to shows than FOX).

I still don't get the Ali Larter character (the internet porn blonde) - is that a super power or is she just crazy?

The pace is actually pretty good for this type of show, I just hope they have enough material for more than one season.

I got my GF hooked. We watched the three back to back episodes last night on NBC (2, 3 and 4) and she watched 5 tonight and called me right after.

It's nice to FINALLY have a show that we can both talk about together 😀

I was just thinking. Micah must have some sort of ability if both of his parents have one.

I think so as well. An episode or two ago, the one where she was going to meet Petrelli, he made some sort of comment about the work his mom did. He said something like how it was "just pretend". She kind of looked suprised that he knew what she did. I attributed it to some "abillity" that he has, b/c I doubt his grandma told him...

It looks like the artist won't need to shoot up anymore, he'll just need Peter to be around. I'm disappointed at this, I think a "hero" that needed to shoot heroin would be an interesting paradox of sorts.

Hiro is great, by far my favorite of the show. First off he's a frickin' Time Ninja 😀 , and he seems to have more character than the others.

The show moves so much faster than Lost in Molasses, I'm getting frustrated with how slow that show moves.

This is my #2 show behind BSG

oh and a question: Where is the location of the Cheerleader's home? Is it nearby Las Vegas or does her father have some mode of very fast transportation along with mind freak man?

Wasn't there something hinted in the first episode? He was doing math or a crossword puzzle or something. IRC, it hinted that he was really smart.

Save the cheerleader. Save the world.

I gotta agree with totalcommand. Terrible slogan.

This show is awesome... I just can't wait till they all join forces and start fighting together... It'll be like the super friends.

Ok, this is just fvckin weird
The cheerleader, and the guy friend that videotaped her in the first episode have their own myspace pages :Q

But the real kicker is that people are actually leaving messages for the characters, pertaining to the show 😕 😕
Claire Bennet's myspace
Zach's myspace

From CJ on Claire's page
Claire thanks for the add. Yeah watch out for your dad,and the quarterback totally deserves what you did to him.
Be careful ok.

there is something up with Mr. Bennet (Horn-rimmed-glasses dude) being able to travel around so fast
He lives in texas, but in the first episode he is in Mohindar's cab in New York (and happens to make it to dinner that night), in the next he is in LA abducting the cop, and then right after that he is in Vegas taking the congressman brother from his hotel room

do you guys remember anyone in his family mentioning that he is on frequent business trips, or flying around? 😕

Btw, for the first time in years, I'm actually hooked on a TV show. I really hope the writers can keep up the good work

wow that's incredibly lame.

I really don't think Mr. Bennett is as bad as the show would have you believe. I've suspected this from the beginning, however last night's episode really confirmed it for me. We still don't know who his mindfuck partner is, but I have serious doubts about them being "evil".

If one thing bothers me about the show, it's that Claire is always in that stupid cheerleading outfit. She either has 7 of those suckers in her closet or she's a dirty whore.

I agree. I think they may even be analyzing the Heroes as to find a way to combat Sylar.

If he was truely evil, the mind-reading cop would already be dead.

One thing that's been bugging me was how Peter Petrelli drew his crude levitation sketch in the hospital without Isaac being around him.

It seems like he retains some of their powers. It isn't instantly there when he is around them, and instantly gone when he's not. I think once he leaves their presence it slowly fades away.

Maybe he's just going around "unlocking" people's powers. Notice how the cop didn't have to try to read thoughts after he was kidnapped? The only other thing I can think is that the black guy has the same powers as peter, but has learned to use them permanently... so they are building him up to be the ultimate power-infested hero/villain.
