I'm actually going to do the "part by part" method. It's a resistance set by Weider (Bowflex clone), so you'd think it wouldn't be this damn heavy!

It that case, use the resistance rods and the ropes like a bow-and-arrow to shoot the pieces out of your car.
 
its actually not that funny. i bet no one in this thread could lift a set of weights out of the car. if you have never seen how tightly packed 300 pounds is then you just cant understand how hard it is to pickup without taking it apart.

There's no dry weights...they're resistance bars.

We got it out- the box said two people need to carry it, but it took three 😀

I USED to be in shape- I swear!
