Hell yeh we do. If my wealth is being distributed to the less fortunate, and those less fortunate like to smoke while enjoying subsidized healthcare.... the government should do everything in its power to cease cigarette sales in this country to people on obamacare.

With my current health insurance, if I smoke, I pay extra every month.

Two wrongs don't make a right.

Lose your economic freedom, and your social freedom is next in line.

How about we just cease redistributing your wealth? Insurance companies should be able to base the rates charged based on whether the insured is a smoker or lives with a smoker.

Good we agree to defund obamacare. I will go out on a limb and say that people on obamacare will never be charged a rate that is partly based on smoking status.

As I said... in my state with my healthplan, if I chose to smoke, I would be charged a higher rate.

Maybe not. But costs MUST be controlled with obamacare. One way to do that is to not allow people receiving to engage in an activity like smoking which can result in lung cancer.

Are you going to tell dad that the amount of healthcare service he gets from obamacare will be drastically reduced because a bunch of people felt they could smoke their whole lives and are now undergoing expensive chemotherapy?

Two wrongs (Obamacare and restrictions on smoking) don't make a right. Better to correct the first wrong than to add another.
