good, i'd suggest you to wait till the price drops then you'd save more money. that's what i am doing now. i'm not gonna build an athlon64 desktop until next summer.

Don't want to mess up, can't afford it, and it would be a major downer.

As long a my parts are compatible, I'm happy. I'll keep looking and looking until the day I decide to buy. ^_^

Alright, I think these are the parts you should stay with if you're at a set budget. Does that motherboard have integrated graphics? You can save a couple of bucks if you get integrated, so you don't have to pick up a video card.

I guess I could look for one with integrated graphics. However, I wouldn't mind a video card with TV Out. How much does a decent one cost to get a decent picture on a plain tv (not flatscreen or anything)?
