So, after days and days of going over parts, this is what I have decided on...
**UPDATE**
ANTEC SLK3700BQE ATX QUIET CASE BLACK 4X5.25 7X3.5 ATX12V 350W (SLK3700BQE) (sku: 10432) - $106.03

AMD SEMPRON 2600+ PROCESSOR S754 PALERMO 1.6GHZ 128KB L2 CACHE 90NM 333FSB RETAIL BOX (SDA2600BABOX) (sku: 14111) - $101.41

ASUS K8N ATHLON64 S754 NFORCE3 250 DDR AGP 5PCI SATA SOUND LAN MOTHERBOARD (K8N-UAY) (sku: 12781) - $96.39

CORSAIR VALUE SELECT DUAL CHANNEL 512MB KIT PC3200 DDR CAS2.5 2X256MB MEMORY (VS512MBKIT400) (sku: 11585) - $74.82

About, 380$ CAD

This is not obviously not a gaming rig, and after shipping and taxes it'll cost me $460.22 CAD. :(

Will have to pickup cheap video card too.

So...good/bad setup? Any improvements without raising the cost?

HOLY $*** Loke, you're a Golden Member already?! Man, looks like you really got hoocked on AT lol... Anyways, that Kingston Value RAM is a ripoff. I'd go with 2x512MB of Corsair Value RAM for ~$80 at Newegg, or if you don't need 1GB, then 2x256MB Corsair Value RAM to save some money. If this rig's not forgaming, that MX510 is probably overkill. Oh, and the PSU that's included with the case is probably crap. If you want to get a case/PSU combo to save some money, I recommend an Antec case/PSU. Antec makes great quality cases/PSUs, and a bundle wouldn't be that much more expensive. Actually, I think you can get an Antec Solution case with a 300W PSU for only like ~$55 or so... I wouldn't suggest buying a refurbished/open box mobo unless it comes with all the essentials, like drivers and some cables, because it'll probably be quite annoying trying to get those things individually.

How the heck is that MX510 mouse $50 US?!?

We have it on sale for $30 Cdn. all the time here.
You gotta be able to find it for less than $50 US somewhere!

I would get the Mushkin or Corsair 2x512 MB kits for $80 US instead of that Kingston.

I r teh addicted. :( And thanks for the suggestions, thought that was quite expensive for the mouse...:(

EDIT: A 300w power supply is alright? I've always thought 400 was a minimum, that's why I didn't pick an Antec.

Omg Tigerdirect is so expensive... I was thinking all of your prices where in USD -_-;;; If you want, you can get 2 DIMMS of 256MB Corsair Value Select, and it's like $62 CAD. The CAS2.5 on the Corsair VS might bump up your speed a tiny bit.

If you are going socket 754 why get 2x256MB? Theres no dual channel for s754. Also a quality 350w would be fine. Antec does have a nice case that comes with a 400w PSU though.

Actually, I have a job. =/
Anyways...
NCIX is my only option, since it seems TigerDirect is not that great.

My original post with all those parts came from NCIX. All prices are in CAD.

I think I'll just get the mouse/keyboard later, I'm in no hurry.

I have no idea what case to get, I'd like to keep it under 100$ CAD.
